Meet Carla

Hello, I am Carla Anne Hart. My background is a bit eclectic as I moved around for many years being a child from a military family. I loved this lifestyle and believe it has helped to shape who I am today. So far, I have lived in 10 different states. This has allowed me to meet many people from all walks of life and to hear their stories.

My background includes an undergraduate degree in speech-language pathology and a master’s degree in special education. My experiences have afforded me the opportunity to work in several children’s hospitals across the country to help plan and create viable educational choices for the children and adolescents with chronic and serious illnesses and injuries.

I have passion for creating stories and resource materials to promote awareness and understanding for the children who struggle and persevere through some of the most difficult circumstances. My goal is to share beautiful real stories of how God pours out his love and strength on these children and their loved ones.

I want this website to be an outlet for those struggling to find some level of hope and healing to their hearts. Many don’t know where to start looking for help. I am hoping you will start right here. I live in Boise, Idaho where I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends, my husband and my chocolate Lab, Hershey.
